Jeff Weston — houses

I approach composition as a vessel for space. I intend no message, only a container. In this container, I create listening situations that magnify the elementary, often banal, and non-extravagant. My work aims to invite experiences of the subtle, often through moments of floating time. I use repetition, quiet, and unassuming materials as a means toward exploring the interiority of sound.

I grew up surrounded by rows of cornfields.
