Björn Wilker, percussion
Björn Wilker was born in Gelsenkirchen-Buer, Germany in 1968.
He holds a degree in percussion and in composition studies, having studied percussion at the Berlin and Freiberg College of Music with R. Schulkowsky, B. Wulff and I. Nakamura and later composition with Helmut Lachenmann and Marco Stroppa at the Stuttgart College of Music.
He has been a percussionist with Klangforum Wien since 1993.
